I am a mama of two beautiful and very active boys! I’m a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach®, “Oh Crap” potty training expert, Holistic Health Coach and yoga instructor. I also volunteer for a local parent support group- PEPS (Program for Early Parent Support).

I couldn’t wait to start my family. When I got pregnant, I immediately went into research and planning mode. I meticulously picked out all the best baby products for my registry. I researched Doulas, signed up for Hypnobirthing classes. I was READY!

We started working with Ashley when our son was 4.5 months old. He had gone from an amazing night sleeper to one who was up every 30-90 minutes, and sometimes up for the day at 4:30 am. Ashley listened to everything we told her and understood it all. She recommended nap adjustments for the day and suggested bedtime routine changes. The adjustments were simple enough that even in our sleep-deprived state we could adapt them and get our son’s nighttime sleep aligned with age-appropriate durations. When our son was old enough to sleep train, Ashley built a plan that again was easy to adapt and built off of his nap schedule. She helped us transition from nursing-to-sleep every night to being able to put our son down awake and walk out of the room. Who knew, this was a thing!  

Our son is now 9 months and over the last 5 months, whenever things have gone off the rails Ashley has been there to jump back in. She has reminded us to celebrate the things that were going well, she has listened, and she suggested changes to bring sleep back on track. After a family vacation derailed the bedtime routine, or when my return to work and the new childcare routine resulted in nightly 2 hour crying sessions from 2:00-4:00 am Ashley was always there to support and never judge. Last night we finally weaned the 4:00 am feeding and I got my first full night of sleep since our son was born. Thank you so much.

Ashley is super knowledgeable, passionate about supporting families with infants and children in every way, and a "learn it all" in sleep training - meaning she never stops learning and is always curious to understand more.  She's also very friendly, and easy to partner and communicate with.

She helped our family when I returned to work after maternity leave and needed a better routine to help our 9-month-old baby girl get to sleep without excessive crying - and sleep through the night.

She knows our family's schedule is a little later than other families, and we look forward to a long evening family walk rain or shine daily.  Knowing this is how we prioritize family time as working parents, she did not suggest we set earlier hours or cut our family walk.  Instead, she gave us a few options that also prioritized healthy sleep habits for our daughter, that we could test out in a way that worked for our family - and they worked!  It was helpful knowing with confidence there were options for our family to prioritize healthy sleep with a judgment-free sleep coach - and it worked!

We are truly thankful for Ashley's sleep coaching. Before working with Ashley, our LO was waking up at 10 pm, 3 am, and 5 am for feedings and comforting.  Needless to say, we were exhausted and reached out to Ashley for a lifeline. Her approach is both gentle and effective. In our first meeting, Ashley identified some quick win behavior changes that had an almost immediate impact. Within the first week of the program, our LO started putting herself to sleep without extensive nursing or coddling. From there we worked on fine-tuning our baby’s nap schedule to ensure her sleep tank was always full by bedtime. 

With Ashley's help, we are now prepared and have the confidence to apply the techniques necessary to promote sleep for our LO. She is now sleeping 11 to 12 hours a night without interruption. We are quite fortunate and grateful for Ashley's patience and support throughout the entire process.
